I have migrated several applications that were running on CF4.0 to 5.0, and
they all run just fine. However, you should be aware that there is no
upgrade from 4.0 to 5. You will have to remove 4.0 from the server, then
install 5.0. Also, if you are running the upgrade version, you will need to
have the CD key for your 4.0 version handy.
