There are also HKSI's Classic templates: just install the things (dirt-simple) add a generic logo and go. More customization if you want, or not. One of my most satisfying server s/w purchases: dirt cheap, no brains required and nicely elegant. My customers love 'em... so much so that when I asked if an upgrade to the very nice Killer ver was OK they unanimously voted to stick with the Classics.
Insofar as Imail is concerned, it seems as if its a product geared towards ease of administration for an ISP with lots of domains/users -- stellar on that front, both for the ISP admin and domain admin. Big lists and mass mailings can bog it down (s-l-o-w, but not stop), so if mass-capacity is important be avised.
