It comes up on occasion, but I have no idea what the solutions ever were 
implemented.  I have quite a bit of experience with both LN and ColdFusion, 
but I've never used the two together.

  What sort of tie-in are you planning on doing?  Just a data migration 
from one to the other?  I'm sure that could be done without too much 
trouble, although I would probably look into third party products for that 
( not ColdFusion nor Domino ).

  The subject makes you seem to have a pre-defined negative attitude to 
Domino.  Domino is great for collaboration / workgroup applications, but 
horrible for relational database applications.  If I had to build a 
discussion app, I don't think there is a better tool than Domino / 
Notes.  If I had to build a shopping cart, I'd lean toward to CF and try to 
avoid Domino like the plague.
