There is a tag around to get exchange rates from OANDA using thier fxp protocol which I used on some earlier sites. More recently though I wrapped a java library for getting exchange rates from YAHOO into a JAVA custom tag which is a cleaner solution IMHO. The library I wrapped around (which has now expanded to getting stockquotes from YAHOO as well is at http://www.neuro-tech.net/jcconverter.xml
