I might go back to the standard CreateUUID() function to see what happens (on the production server). This has to be the weirdest CF application I've ever had to write. It allows food manufacturers to build a list of food ingredients from a database of more than 4,500 ingredients (drawn from a database of more than 29,000). It then, depending on total weight/volume of the final food (cooked or uncooked) generate a "food lable" detailing Energy, Protein, Fat, Saturated Fat, Carbohydrates, Sugars and Sodium per 100 gram serving and "per serve".
