I've not seen a new one but have really missed being able to use the old one. I seem to recall some discussion that it stopped working in v4.5 due to Allaire adding the requirement that you had to actually click the submit button on the Admin page rather than simply making the change remotely as v4 allowed.
If there's a new version that actually works with v5 (or some type of work-around) how about posting a note about it.
