Chris, did you uninstall and re install CF by any chance? Whether you did
or not I suggest you check out the "registry" file.

Subject: CF keeps 2 logs?

Tracking down an error, I just came across what seems to be CF keeping 2
sets of logs.

We installed in /opt/coldfusion/coldfusion. The cfserver file is in
/opt/coldfusion/coldfusion/bin. All log files, as expected, are in
/opt/coldfusion/coldfusion/log.

Today I find server.log and webserver.log one level down in
/opt/coldfusion/log. Webserver.log has just "Unix error number 2" when the
server must have been down. Server.log has what looks like a stack trace
after a core. One of them was updated just 2 days ago.

Both webserver.log and server.log also exist in the regular directory, and
are receiving updates regularly.

Anyone seen anything like this?

thanks,
Chris Norloff
