I have a shipping form for an e-commerce site and have a delima. The form is populated from a query that grabs the last shipping address that the customer used. I have a dropdown on the page now that gives the user the option to choose from the list of addresses they have used in the past, and have an option for "NEW". I need to be able to clear the fields in the form when they select new from the dropdown. Will it be best to populate the dropdown from a structure and have the new element be blank?
