If you are using the CFQUERY you need to change AND (O.Organization LIKE '*king*' OR O.SubOrg LIKE '*king*')
to AND (O.Organization LIKE '%king%' OR O.SubOrg LIKE '%king%') The wildcard character * needs to be changed to % for the CFQUERY.
