Typically this indicates a memory threading/corruption issue which in turn usually relates to unlocked shared scope variables (Application, Server and Session Scopes). I would take a good look at your Application and Server logs and look for occurrences of the word "thread" or "threading" then chase down the pages shown in the logs which caused these words to occur in the logs.
