That's it exactly.  The CFIDE folder MUST be accessible in this fashion
"/CFIDE/...".  In other words, if your CFIDE folder is not in the web root
then you need to create a virtual directory in your web root that points to
it.  In Apache this is called a 'context', in IIS it's a 'Virtual
Directory', and in NES it's an 'Additional Document Directory'.

Make sure the CFGrid applet is on a path that is accessible via browser from
the page it is being used on.  What I've seen happen is that the developer
already has the grid applet downloaded, so it works for them, but when a new
person tries to hit it, the applet can't be downloaded since it can't be
found.  View source on the page and look at the URL path the graph is being
called with, then make sure that path really is accessible via browser.
Usually it gets called from the CFIDE directory, which may or may not be
accessible in your setup.
