I know this is not CF related and I apologise in advance, but has anyone ever heard of this technology?
A friend is doing a SatComms course over in a college here in Ireland, one of his lecturers has given him an assignment to do about a new technology in SatComms called Time Shift Keying - they are to find out as much as possible about it however the web is strangely silent about it. He thinks, that "It appears to be Time Shift Modulation and maybe has something to do with Ultra Wide Band Comms but there's nothing out there about it."
