You would need to be privy to the ColdFusion internals to get this information. Since I doubt that Macromedia will provide any information regarding this then I think you are pretty much stuck with the "no" answer.
Of course, another way to get information like this is from the web server (which is, afterall, what makes the requests to CF) but I doubt you'll have any more luck asking Redmond...
