There are two differences that I am aware of:

1.  when doing multiple table joins using INNER JOIN or OUTER JOIN you must
use nested parenthesis in ACCESS but not in SQL Server

2.  the system date.  In ACCESS it is NOW() and in SQL Server it is
GETDATE()

I don't think you'll find any other differences between the two.
