Jeff,

I have used javascript to accomplish the popups but with the same problem I described 
earlier... If a second call to the script tries to load the same document(sameURL) but 
at a different anchor(<a name="SomeNewAnchor">), then the new anchor will be used 
HOWEVER the window with the new anchor will NOT pop to the top(gain the focus).

I tried your script just for the heck of it... no luck... same ole problems.

I should add... Netscape has quirks as well.

This really has me baffled!!
