All,

New Error:
I thought I would create a test procedure and now I am getting this error.  The 
Procedure works correctly outsize of ColdFusion.  I use Oracle SQL*Plus
command line tool to test it.
What could be causing the problem.
This has become very irriatating.  UUugggg!!!

Oracle Error Code = 6550

ORA-06550: line 1, column 19: PLS-00222: no function with name 'TESTME' exists in this 
scope ORA-06550: line 1, column 7: PL/SQL: Statement ignored
SQL = "Portfolio.TestMe"
