I'd like to second this. Fig Leaf has been a partner with Allaire and
Macromedia, and we ran into some of the same issues such as waiting for
software. We simply contacted the people running the partner program, and
they handled our requests personally.

It's not a matter of "care", but rather the natural result of the
amalgamation of the two companies. There have been, and are going to be, a
few things like this, but in my experience, if you just contact the
appropriate people, they'll do their best to resolve your problems.
