We've used CFX_Spell in the past, and it works well enough, except that it requires single-threaded access. There isn't much of a UI with any of these things, because they're server-side, so you get to build your own UI. We built a popup-window interface for CFX_Spell, which I'd guess is available from the Fig Leaf site in the CFUG Meeting Notes section.
