Probably not. PWS stopped being supported at Windows ME, I believe. When I 
tried to find a PWS for Win ME the Microsoft site said that it was no 
longer supported for a home system running a version newer than 98, and 
that all I had to do to install a web server was upgrade Windows to a 
"professional" version.

You might be able to get Apache to run on the machine, although there may 
not be a version for XP yet/ever.
