Make sure that you've applied the following ACLs. web documents (c:\inetpub\wwwroot, for example): Administrators, SYSTEM - Full Control Authenticated Users - Read/Execute CF ISAPI extension (typically c:\cfusion\bin\iscf.dll): Administrators, SYSTEM - Full Control Authenticated Users - Read/Execute Note that you might actually want tighter permissions later, and might want to set CF to run as a specific user account, but this should get you working hopefully.
