Seems to be a lot more image manipulation tags than there used to be... We have cfx_pwimageproc, you can download an eval from http://developer.perthweb.com.au. It does a ton of things - watermarking, text addition, resizing, rotating, borders etc, and can produce good jpeg quality because everything available when we needed this (18 months ago) was generating really low quality jpegs.
