There is supposed to be a knowledge base article detailing configuration issues that can cause error 111 messages to be displayed under Linux. The article in question appears to have been removed or hasn't been completed (despite an Oct 2001 published arrival date).
Does anyone know if this article (TechNote 21912)was ever completed or does anyone have any pointers to any material that could help diagnose this misconfiguration?
