Dear all,

Firstly thanks for the replies I received earlier. I tried what was
suggested and it has worked up to a point.

The problem I have now is that I need to assign the primary key field name
to a variable. Is it possible to do this without knowing the name of the
primary key? i.e SELECT key FROM tablename or similar. I realise that is
flawed logic but I was wondering if there was a similar technique which can
be employed.

Regards,

Martin.
