No the SQL server will take care if it, a trigger resides in the DB. I
don't recall if SQL 7 has triggers, been a long a time since I used that
version anyone else care to comment.

application logic.  I guess I could put that logic into a trigger as

Ive never used triggers, wouldn't I still have to write some SQL code to
