Ha! Most of my users get the above treatment anyway! They won't think
anything is different~)!

Possibly I could cookie them, and put them through a pop-up window hell.
 
Truth is, blocking their IP address seems to be working. I block it at
the insert query, so they get to type out a message, and it never goes
anywhere. I bet they will figure it out soon enough and reset their
cable modem or whatever, but this forum is only temporary anyway.
