Nyon,

You should be able to install CTLIB on the ColdFusion box and directly
access the Sybase DBMS on the Sun server. CF Enterprise provides Native
access to CTLIB. This is, of course, if you have the proper permissions for
it. You'll need to talk to your Sybase DBA so that he/she gives you the IP
for the Sybase server and a database login.
