There are many tools available for killing processes on NT/2K. One of my
favorites is pskill.exe, which is available for free from
http://www.sysinternals.com/. You'll also need pslist, so you might as
well
download the entire pstools suite.

There's also pviewer.exe in the Win2K Support Tools (which comes on the
Win2K install CD).
