My tag (version 3.2) appears to be working fine also. Thought I remembered getting an email that indicated that the ccps_host attribute of the tag had to be set with an absolute URL as follows:
ccps_host="http://cr.cybercash.com/cgi-bin/"; and could not be set to the old IP address (can't remember what it was). Don't know if that helps, but figured I'd give it a shot.
