This information is database independent so I cannot use stored procedure
s.
This information comes in various forms, (DB, text files, excel
spreedsheets).

Once I do all the hoops and jumps to gather all the information, I then h
ave
something to work with and trying to find a good way to work with it.
(there are many other fields besides the ones listed, I just didn't want 
the
question to get bogged down).

This is going to have to be a Cold Fusion task, cause there really isnt a
 db
only.
