Paul Wille just posted that there is a serious known issue with MDAC 2.7. His gave this link in his response RE: .NET co-Exist with CF Server -- http://www.8wire.com/articles/?AID=2318 Don't know if reverting from 2.7 down to 2.6 is the answer, but it sounds like a viable culprit.
