It's going to behave like any other TCP/IP client application. On Windows, there's a "first" IP address, which will show up either first or last (I forget which) in the list if you type "ipconfig /all" at a command prompt. On other OSs, I have no idea how outgoing address selection works. You don't have any control over this from within CF, just like from within any other client application.
