i had a question about security and uploading files. i have a form that admins fill out to upload articles to a web page. it goes to a directory on my web server that is in inetpub\wwwroot\admin\fil e directory. now when i click on the article and then try to click on the link to the stored file inside this article, i can see it just fine. but when the av erage user tries to click on the link to the article, they get a page can not be displayed. i have full rights to all web directories. the avg us er might have read. could this be a "rights" issue or something wrong wi th the page??
