Are you sure?  I seem to recall in CF 4.0 that we could reset all cached
queries by deleting all the .TMP files from a particular directory (path
escapes me at the moment).  I must be losing my mind.

Yes, CFCACHE creates temp files. Caching a query, however, doesn't, although
creating a persistent query through RDS does.
