I might add that you can get to "older" auto-backups
of a ColdFusion Studio 5.0  file with an undelete
program.

If your using studio 5 then you probably have a backup
copy of your work in
C:\Program Files\Macromedia\ColdFusion Studio
5\AutoBackup\
It should give an option to reload the most recent
backup when you restart.
