No plugin used,
Only cookies are set to the client for quick processing if the same 
data is
called again their end.

i think les 'go-to-france' conrad uses that & probably has 
shims/experience
for that puppy, we're an arc/info & mapserver shop. basically most 
internet

processing--which is what i think you want.

i guess you'll need to talk to that location service provider for  your
requirements
or roll your own mapserver....
