Too funny I had to do this 20 minutes ago here is the fix.
Run RegEdit.
Go To: HKEY_LOCALMACHINE/SOFTWARE/ALLAIRE/COLDFUSION/CURRENTVERSION/SERVER/
Scroll down and right click the UseAdminPassword key.
Click Modify.
Set it to ZERO (the number 0 not the word)
Click Ok. 
Then go to this URL:
http://whateveryourURLIS/cfide/administrator/server_settings/basic_sec_admpwd.cfm
(because you wont be able to get past the login screen the above URl will get
you to the right place)
And on that page you can reset your password. And then go login normally
