What I have used is the MS Security Took Kit for NT and 2000 server to lock
them down. MS sales people have been giving them out at seminars,
conventions, etc. here in Italy so I have never looked on the web (must be
on the security pages of MS).

If we're referring to the same thing, you can get to it on Windows 2000
Server by selecting "Start ... Programs ... Administrative Tools ... Local
Security Policy"
