Oops, hit the send button before I was done. :/
If the site is big enough, I used the name of the file to query keywords
from a database.
SELECT keywords WHERE filename = '/index.cfm'
I always figured I was creating extra db traffic... I'd love to hear more
about other methods as well. :)

I'd recommend using separate ones in every single page. It's more effective
