I would have to agree with this shameless plug. And iMS has excellent 
support (Howie is the  man!).

I have had very negative experiences with ASPmail and ASPQmail. This 
component does not live up to its claims (delivery speed), the support is 
almost non-existent, and very unhelpful, and the components have serious 
problems.

Save yourself the headache, do not use ASPmail components.
