My Webmaster in a Nutshell book was written in 1996. It says only IE
supports them.  But that's great to know that all of the other browsers
support them.  I might actually find a use for them now.

Any browser with a major version that was released this century will 
support them. Mozilla, Netscape, Conqueror, Opera etc.
