Hiermenus is now charging for licensed use. And their prices are pretty extreme. I checked into this in January sometime - it was something like $500 if your site had less than 20 pages, $900 if it was between 20 and 40 pages, and $1500 if you had more than 40 pages.
After doing some checking around, there are some very good systems out there that are much less (free even), and meet or exceed Hiermenus' capabilities. Unfortunately, I don't have the links with me.... I'll see if I can dig them out tonight...
