Frank, I've been working with CF_TwoSelectsRelated in the last week or so, so I could probably help, but I'd need more detail. Please post your SQL query and your CF_TwoSelectsRelated statement.
Also, as a first try before you post all that: make sure that your query results are sorted by whatever column you use for VALUE1. This is important, and overlooking the need for it (as stated in the documentation) led me to all sorts of errors.
