This might or might not be a CF problem: we routinely get 404 errors when the application looks for a page named "FFFFFF". Somehow a link is getting corrupted and we've been unable to track it down.
It happens all over our application, with no real pattern. It appears more often after calling a style sheet, but it appears even when we're not calling the style sheet.
