Hi,

I'm migrating data from a SQL 7 to 2000. I've got two datasources and
I'm using CF to (1 delete the records in the destination table and (2
copy the records from the source which also have to merge with other
data in the new table structure. I had many more problems than I
anticipated like there were integer fields witn NULLs in them in the
source table and for some reason the date fields were breaking. Anyway,
I ran the template a lot figuring all this out and before the end of
day, I got an error saying that my transaction log was filled and that I
should back it up. Since it's not on my server, I can't do that(can I?)
It's a 10 MB file.

So my questions are:

Beyond emailing support at the ISP(hostcentric), is there anything I can do?

There are about 1000 records in the source table. Even running the
template a couple of dozen times, should the log have filled so quickly?

Was I a bonehead to go about migrating this way, and if so, what would
be a better way?

TIA,

Doug Jordon
