This is a great idea - as soon as all the browser agree upon a standard
DHTML implementation, it will make sense. ;)

Seriously though - I wouldn't use any tag that spit out DHTML like that.
If I can't control the code, I won't use it. That's why I didn't use
WYSIWYG IDEs. Even if we had a <CFDRAGDROPUPLOAD> tag, it would probably
break as soon as MS releases IE7.
