Don't think so. However, what might make a difference is calling CF not 
as an ISAPI extension (iscf.dll), but as a cgi executable (cfml.exe). 
There is a knowledgebase article on using CF as a cgi article somewhere 
on the MM site.

Don't try this on a production, it tends to be bad for performance, but 
it might help in stability.
