Have you checked your disk space to make sure that there is enough space on
the disk for CFMail to write to the spool directory?

You might also dump the files in the UnDelivr folder too.

I just released an emailer for my boss to use. It tested fine, but has now
bombed out when he tried to send it to a group of about 90 users. Only one
file attached, .rtf format(a saved email message), only 2.5 k.

Trying to attach a file with
<cfmailparam file= #FILE.ServerDirectory#\#file.serverFile#>

As I said, it worked fine in testing, server has 4 gigs free hard disk
space, anything else I should look out for? Tried a test email with and
attachment on the live server earlier and it worked fine.

Thanks.
