Here are some of the problems I've seen:

1. Shockingly bad performance - in some cases, taking nearly 20 milliseconds
to retrieve one record based on a single unique integer field search from a
set of ~150 records! You'd get better performance by searching the query
using ValueList and ListFind!

2. Data truncation - that's kind of a bummer.
