Seems odd that you can't customise the context menu a la TopStyle. Same
for button toolbars. I thought "Add/Remove Buttons" was a bog-standard
part of Windows UIs these days?

I gather that DW is very customisable when you start playing around
behind the scenes(?), but some up-front user-friendly customisability
surely wouldn't have hurt...
