The general consensus is that the MX stuff will slow down. Remember that the announcement was just this Monday. It's only been 3 days and I've seen the 200+ extra messages to the list drop down by half. I'd normally be happy to start up another resource if I thought it would really be needed. The thing is, CF MX is just the same as CF 5, CF 4.5, CF 4, and every version before it. The announcment comes out, the list spikes, a request comes in for a new list, the spike goes down, life goes on. I do have new lists coming up but they're more specifics like the WDDX one is (which is changing to include XML, Soap, etc.).
